The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we could ask for. The breakfast buffet was delicious and beautifully presented, with attentive service. We also appreciated the convenience of services like room service and car hire. From check-in to check-out, the service was professional and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in this beautiful city.

This hotel was fantastic - it exceeded all our expectations. The location couldn't have been better - within walking distance of all the sites we wanted to visit and right in the center of the piazza. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large bathroom and beautiful interior design. The breakfast was delicious with a strong assortment of choices. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the service was wonderful. We loved the great view of the city from our room and appreciated the helpful recommendations from the receptionist. We enjoyed the convenient facilities, including the lovely communal sitting rooms and the well-stocked supplies in our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the peaceful Novella square was perfect, right beside the SMN church. Our room was lovely, with a walk-in closet and a large, clean bathroom. The service was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a great variety of options. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the city and surrounding Tuscany. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the sights of Florence, just a short walk away.

The only downside was the unreliable Wi-Fi in our room.

Cleanliness, location, staff, breakfast. We loved this hotel's cleanliness and great location, being just close enough to the train station and a few of the major attractions. The staff were extremely helpful, giving us advice on the best sightseeing methods and reserving tables at restaurants. The breakfast had an excellent variety of food and the staff was very accommodating.

I had a fantastic 4-star hotel experience at Wtb Hotels. The rooms were amazingly cute and well-appointed. The staff offered B&B warmth and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast area was palatial, serving unlimited prosecco and delicious drinks. The location was ideal, just steps away from the main cathedral and luxury shopping. The rooftop terrace had gorgeous views, even in December. The hotel had an authentic Italian luxury feel, which I loved.

I had a great balcony view of the lively Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with great amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast had a nice ambiance. I would highly recommend staying here, despite the occasional noise from the plaza.

They always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Lastly, the breakfast each morning was outstanding. There was a wide variety of delicious foods, including yummy scrambled eggs and bacon.
